HELLER - MCP-H 250DE-MIL-HEL-1999-00002

This HELLER MCP-H 250 Horizontal Machining Centre was manufactured in 1999 in Germany. It is equipped with a HELLER Unipro 90 control unit and a tool taper SK50. The pallet size is 630 x 500 mm and the spindle speed range 45-6000 rpm. It has a NC rotary table, a pallet changing device and a tool magazin (chain) with 52 places. As additional equipment it comes with measuring device for BLUM TC 50, linear scales Heidenhain, BKW cooling unit for spindle cooling, Knoll coolant system with vacuum rotary filter and sludge discharge, Knoll chip conveyor, BKW cooling unit for cooling lubricant system, work area flushing and 2 pallets. The machine is in good condition for its age. Annual maintenance has been carried out over the entire service life. In 2018, the machine was retrofitted with the latest interface/receiver for the Blum TC 50. It is still under production and can be inspected at any time.
